• Develop procurement strategies and mitigate supply risks.

• Manage contract agreements with suppliers including from evaluation to settlement
• Establish evaluation criteria for suppliers
• Cost and Quality Competitiveness Improvement:
• Support the development and discovery of alternative items and additional suppliers.
• Handle and resolve food ingredient claims.
• Analyze claim causes and implement improvements.
• Digitization of Procurement Operations:
• Support the introduction and localization of the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) system.
• Sourcing for Export-Import Products:
• Discovering and managing export-import products from Korea and other countries.
