Mothers already on your company’s staff can also be re-employed in a cooperative form during their GYED or GYES period, with exceptional flexibility. This enables companies to keep mothers at home up to date with company matters and supports a gradual return to work.

They can participate periodically and flexibly according to their available capacity—whether on individual projects or as experts mentoring substitute colleagues—while they are at home with their young children.
Remuneration is also flexible, based on hourly rates, actual hours worked, or a fixed fee by agreement. This form of employment does not affect the mother’s primary employment contract.
