Employee Relations Specialist

Tasks
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Coordinate occupational health examinations;
- Handle employee-related issues and disciplinary processes;
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and labor documents;
- Maintain accurate employee records and provide data to payroll partner;
- Participate in improving internal communication.

Expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Economics, Business administration or related field;
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving skills;
- Ability to handle confidential matters professionally, high empathy and system-oriented mindset;
- At least 3 years of experience in Employee relations or similar field;
- Proficiency in HR softwares and MS Office;
- Proficient English and Hungarian language skills.
