Customer service intern - Remote Student job
The client is a leading ecommerce German based company, which sells beauty and cosmetic products on its web platform.

Tasks
- Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email and phone
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat.
- Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00).
- Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system.
- Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers.

Expectations
- C1 level German/ Danish /Finnish /Czech ( Slovakian also)/ Dutch
- B2 level in English
- Full-time student status
- Able to work min. 20-25 hours / week
