Tasks

  • Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email and phone
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat.
  • Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00).
  • Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system.
  • Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers.

Expectations

  • C1 level German/ Danish /Finnish /Czech ( Slovakian also)/ Dutch
  • B2 level in English
  • Full-time student status
  • Able to work min. 20-25 hours / week
