We are looking for a Production Department Leader for our partner who manufactures medical technical aids in Vas County.

Tasks

Ensures the on schedule and appropriate production in consideration with cost aspects, quality requirements and customer demands
Develops budget-, personnel- and investment planning on the basis of long-term department planning
Initiates and oversees the systematic process of local problem solving. Checks production reports to identify trends, deviations and disorders
Performs daily tours in the production and act in case of deviation
Designs processes according to the principle of Lean Manufacturing and ensures that these are executed and observed in his or her organizational unit
Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility
Supports customer audits in the assigned production area

At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing, 2 years in team management
Requires Engineering or Technical Degree
Fluent English language skill
Experience in GMP procedures is an advantage
