Tasks

Analyse the risks to safety, quality, on-time delivery and efficiency and propose improvement actions and execute them
Solve daily technical / technology related production issues on Shop floor
Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes.
Maintaining ERP data sets like standard routings, standard cycle times
Work with operators and support improvements
Create documented procedures for operators
Document control and continuous follow up

Expectations

Ongoing College/University studies, Advantage: Ongoing mechanical engineering studies
Professional qualification for time and motion studies (REFA)
Experience in mechanical industry (Power plant, aero driven or energetic skills preferred)
At least 1-year manufacturing/production experience
Good English and Hungarian language knowledge is must
Team player behavior, open minded and energetic personality
