Feladatok

  • Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email and phone

·        Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues.

·        Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat.

·        Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00).

·        Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system.

·        Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers.

  • Gr. 2500 Ft / hour
  • Training and support from an experienced team.

Elvárások

  • C1 level Danish /Finnish /Czech ( Slovakian also)/ Dutch
  • B2 level in English
  • Full-time student status
  • Able to work min. 20-25 hours / week


One of these language is required beside enlglish (B2):

  • ·      Finnish
  • ·      Czech ( Slovakian would also be ok)
  • ·      Dutch
