Customer service intern - Remote

Feladatok
- Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email and phone
· Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, cancellations, returns, refunds, and product issues.
· Manage tickets via email, contact form, calls and occasional live chat.
· Support customers over the phone during hotline hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00).
· Process refunds and handle claims in the ERP system.
· Respond to questions about discounts, gift cards, and vouchers.

- Gr. 2500 Ft / hour
- Training and support from an experienced team.
Elvárások
- C1 level Danish /Finnish /Czech ( Slovakian also)/ Dutch
- B2 level in English
- Full-time student status
- Able to work min. 20-25 hours / week
