• •Own P&L activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment and COGS calculation, functional costs analysis, variable cost productivity, CAPEX follow up.
• •Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
• •Contributes to project as a team member.
• •Understand site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance priorities.

• •ERP cost allocation between cost centers and projects.
• •COGS calculation.
• •Cost center data collection and sorting as prework to support analysis.
• •Support physical inventory activities.
• •Project database (hours, material cost) filling.
• •Support project analysis by data exports and sorting.
• •Inventory report generation, support inventory council with input data.
• •Direct labor analysis preparation.
• •Manufacturing charged hours weekly tracking.
• •Project labor productivity review preparation.
• •Support reporting and closing activities with administrative work.
• •ERP system maintenance.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in Finance or related field (fresh graduates with good mindset and internship experience are welcome)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas.

ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP).

• Communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with the ability to organize and analyze datasets.
• Can connect the dots to resolve issues.
• Be able to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Understand accounting concept and be able to translate financial information to users, in addition to ERPs system exposure.
• Be flexible, open minded and ready to learn as the needs may change attributed by internal or external factors.
