We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a hunting focus for our partner in the global building services and civil engineering sector. Experience in indoor climate solutions is an advantage.
Tasks
- Representing the company's innovative surface heating, cooling and ventilation technology products (ICS) on the market, both commercially and technically
- Developing comprehensive solutions with the involvement of colleagues providing technical support
- Search, monitor and manage new clients, business opportunities and projects in Hungary
- Maintaining contact with key clients (investors, designers, contractors, wholesalers)
- Ensuring the achievement of targeted sales turnover
- Ensuring minimum expected profitability for every sales project
- Maximum representation of company's interests, taking into account the code of ethics
- Preparing monthly forecasts and reports
Expectations
- Relevant educational background and have technical affinity.
- Confident user of IT systems such as Office 365 & Microsoft Dynamics
- An experienced value-added seller and can work with different sales paths (project, wholesale, end-user)
- Driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to work in a structured sales environment and work in a structured manner when building business opportunities, reviewing processes, etc.
- Fluent in Hungarian and negotiation skills in English
