Feladatok

Support the team with coordinating import/export tasks in their daily work
Supporting compliance and monitoring teams in achieving business goals and objectives
Communicating with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Supporting the creation and upkeep of metrics, internal audits, and processes
Maintaining operational and compliance manuals, as well as Standard Operating Procedures
Ensuring timely submission of import/export reconciliations along with metrics

Elvárások

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions in short cycle time
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work with diverse teams and build rapport at all levels
