Join our Partner's team in IT Controls and Procurement Intern positon with 2350 HUF/hour gross salary in the 9. district Budapest!

Tasks

  • Oversee the IT control dashboard
  • collecting files and communicate with different parties involved in Audit process.
  • Support the Daily operational activities such as uploading documents for electronic signatures, logging into SAP and managing the purchase requisitions & invoices, uploading referral documents to the central contract repository.
  • Participate in the team’s support tasks ( Purchase requisitions, or invoicing process)
  • Communicate with several internal parties and - in some cases - vendors.
  • Participate in the Vendor performance management process such as collecting feedback from internal service owners, Follow-up activity, reporting.


Expectations

  • Active or passive Full-time student status in Hungary
  • 20 hours a week a minimum
  • University studies in IT, Business Management, or a related field
  • Confident communication in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
