Tasks
Ownership of ERP in terms of BOM, Routing development.
Lead BOM transfer from B01 to A06, implement A06 modifications, upload customized BOM to local ERP
Analyse BOM for potential substitutions of stock if available any to prevent unnecessary orders causing high inventory level
Draft and analyse all sorts of key indicators (plan/actual comparisons, determination of cycle time)
Implement productivity actions in order to improve the process and respect objectives
Improve quality of product and processes by implementing COQ actions
Participates in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area
Participates in LEAN initiative, driving AWO actions to completion
Interface with planning and requisition engineering functions
Perform back-up activity for other engineers in the organization
Expectations
Mechanical/electrical engineer graduated.
Professional qualification for time and motion studies (REFA)
Experience in mechanical industry
Good English and Hungarian language knowledge is must
Knowledge in quality/productivity modern tools (Six Sigma, problem solving),
High awareness of safety (EHS)
Team player behaviour, open minded and energetic personality,
Able to work with office automation (Excel, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project)
