In the Quote Fulfillment Specialist role you will be the primary point of contact for our Sales Team, Contract Performance Managers and other quote requestors after the quote has been created in our systems and requires additional handling. The goal of the QFS is to manage the quote through to completion in partnership with Sourcing, Engineering, and Pricing functions.

Tasks

Primary point of contact for trouble shooting quotes through to completion
Accountable for quote fulfilment, partnering with the Parts Sales team to prioritize and expedite quotes within the region
Must strive to reduce quote cycles and provide timely quote feedback to our requestors
Provide factory/sourcing commitments regarding short cycle demands to company representatives as appropriate
Understand all Customer quote requirements; communicate to and follow up with those responsible for quote fulfilment
Participate in weekly quote trouble shooting discussions within your region representatives

Expectations

2-4 years of experience in Customer service, Power generation/Engineering or Sales/Project Management positions
Ability to learn new technologies
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong customer service orientation, demonstrated track record and able to initiate problem solving techniques
Strong oral and written communication skills
