Tasks

  • Build and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and other channels
  • Promote products and services effectively
  • Log all interactions and relevant data in CRM systems
  • Handle incoming inquiries, provide support or forward qualified leads to Sales
  • Spot new sales opportunities using tools like LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Use virtual sales tools daily and reach daily contact targets
  • Follow all internal company policies and procedures

Expectations

  • Finished or ongoing Bachelor studies
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship roles preferred
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team, including remote setup
  • Confident user of MS Office, Outlook, and general IT tools
