We are looking for a colleague for our long-established manufacturing partner company in Pest county in the position: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
Tasks
Develop a strong working relationship with the Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.
Create & post roles to various internal and external career sites & job boards, schedule candidate interviews and manage travel booking & expense reimbursement for candidates where applicable.
Assist in handling open job requisitions through the hiring process and offer letters/contracts.
Maintain end-to-end recruitment in applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Meet the core KPI’s of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
Able to anticipate and resolve challenges.
Deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences.
Expectations

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks & work to meet deadlines
Possess an excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Fluency in English and French with professional communication skills.
