Tasks

  • Offer analytical support for the Supply Management Review (SMR)process
  • Provide up-to-date Line of Balance information to different stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and maintain standardized tools and reports that help to enhance the efficiency and precision of SI&OP data interpretation
  • Design standardized data presentations to gain insights beyond mere numbers and comprehend business dynamics
  • Own the standard work for the non-pull Net Demand Plan process through analysis, reviews, release, PO reconciliation, gap reports
  • Drive standard work for the pull planning process through calculations, analysis, reviews
  • Coordinate configuration management activities for Product Data Hub
  • Support standard cost, lead time and material master updates
  • Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and reduce waste

Expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent education
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Openness and willingness to work with unambiguous tasks, ability to learn new tools and build customized reports.
  • Advanced communication skills - Strong ability to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time, make effective decisions under pressure and keep deadlines.
  • High level of motivation with the ability to achieve results with minimal supervision and to effectively operate in any organizational structure
  • Understanding of Lean, standard work, daily management
  • Experience in ERP (SAP and/or Oracle) application
  • Fluent English knowledge is a must
