Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Commodity Management Specialist!
Tasks
- Drive RFQ for active items
- Fill item activation workflow manage/support item activation (activation wf, supersedure etc.)
- Guide the Suppliers to use properly all of our systems (GTCC, SCx, Clear Orbit, Ariba, RFQ tools)
- Supporting the Commodity Leaders requested tasks on demand (RFQ analytics, decision making details etc.)
- Fulfil other requests from Commodity Leaders, Buyer, PFM, Engineering, SQEs
- Update Supplier Connect, add new Supplier upon request
- Taking care of RFIs and SDRs to get earlier confirmations to be able to close the RFQs
- Collect and ensure Supplier Lead time/Market share/Price updated in the agreed frequency
- Support Factory Sourcing Teams on demand
Expectations
- BS, BA in Business Management, Engineering or Technical Degree.
- Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is required.
- 3 – 5 years of demonstrated experience in sourcing / logistics, preferably in metal / heavy industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Oracle or any integrated systems (ERP) is an advantage,
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project and Excel,
- Technical knowledge and specification reading knowledge
- Usage of other online technical tools
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills in Hungarian
- Team player attitude
- Demonstrated skill in formal problem solving processes and tools.
