Tasks
- Order Date Management Specialist is responsible to support Order Management team daily operation by executing date management activities
- Support the supply pillar planning team daily operation
- Coordinating shipment related dates in Oracle and SAP ERP systems
- Create and monitor reports on daily/weekly basis
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests
- Communicate with internal and external teams regarding business prioritization and correct
- Maintain communication and provide updates on daily issues
Expectations
- Bachelors degree (preferably in logistics, business management, economics, finance and/or accountancy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Confident communication level of spoken and written English & Hungarian
- Ability to work in a cross functional, global, and multi-tasked environment with high attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving skills
