Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Proven experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

Strong ability to align with business goals and translate requirements into actionable solutions

Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation

Proficient in reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects, Power BI) and databases (e.g. SQL)

Solid knowledge of statistics and experience with tools like Excel, SPSS, or SAS

High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel with structured data handling)

Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Skilled in writing queries, generating reports, and presenting insights effectively
