Responsible for entering quotes, processing standard and special sales orders, and resolving all related problems of different sales regions
Tasks
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via email or via the system traffic
- Enter Quotes/Orders into Oracle based ERP System.
- Support global team entry activities and metrics.
- Support both external and internal customers
- Support new system releases and enhancement testing
Expectations
- College/University degree
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares.
- Confident communication level of spoken and written Hungarian and English.
- Capabilities to effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically with customers and within the organizations.
- Solid communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team player attitude.
