Feladatok
- Answer to Customers
- Enter orders
- Follow up orders status
- Creation of some reports from ERP (SAP) system
- Usage of SalesForce Case management
Elvárások
- Ability to work 25-30 hours / week
- Active / passive student status
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English (C1-C2)
- Experienced user of MS office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
