Sourcing & Fulfilment Specialist: Responsible for facilitating transactions, sourcing, assembling, and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. This includes processing transactions, managing procurement and supplier relationships, material management, site operations, and warehouse logistics and shipping. The role impacts departmental operations through planning and execution, balancing tactical and strategic initiatives such as cost reduction and supplier performance improvements.
Tasks
- Facilitate full-cycle order management including order intake, entry into internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and coordination with customer portals.
- Serve as a key contact for customer inquiries, issue resolution, status updates, and commitments, working closely with internal operations teams.
- Manage sourcing activities: place and follow up on purchase orders (POs), negotiate terms of purchase and supply agreements, and resolve commercial problems or scheduling conflicts.
- Support and execute procurement strategies that drive cost reduction, supplier performance, and quality improvements.
- Lead or support supplier onboarding processes, including coordination with Supplier Quality for product qualification.
- Maintain and update ERP systems to ensure data accuracy for sourcing and fulfillment activities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of sourcing, fulfillment, and manufacturing processes to improve product and process understanding.
- Support forecasting, billing, and collections as required.
- May lead small projects or initiatives and provide guidance.
- Interface with diverse level business leaders on sourcing and operations initiatives.
Expectations
- Requires experience in Services, Customer Order Fulfillment, and/or Sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Good English and Hungarian language knowledge is must
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Project and program planning, execution, and documentation skills.
- Effective at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
