On behalf of multinational partner, who provides all types of solutions regarding food service, we're looking for a Procurement Specialist colleague. In this position it will be your responsibility to develop a new supplier circle for the Hungarian segment of the company!

Feladatok

Food Ingredient Sourcing and Procurement Strategy Development & Execution:

Negotiate prices and manage orders for food ingredients and consumables.
Develop procurement strategies and mitigate supply risks.

Supplier Management:

Manage contract agreements with suppliers including from evaluation to settlement
Establish evaluation criteria for suppliers

Cost and Quality Competitiveness Improvement:

Support the development and discovery of alternative items and additional suppliers.
Handle and resolve food ingredient claims.
Analyze claim causes and implement improvements.

Digitization of Procurement Operations:

Support the introduction and localization of the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) system.

Sourcing for Export-Import Products:

Discovering and managing export-import products from Korea and other countries.

Elvárások

Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred in related fields or with relevant certifications (e.g., Food Science, Nutrition).
Over 3 years of experience in procurement and food-related industries.
Experience in handling strategic procurement tasks (conducting price negotiations, contract management etc.).
