Work independently, diagnose and fix functional issues with minimal guidance

Handle complex, non-functional issues (e.g., performance, integration), take ownership of resolution

Mentor junior team members, enforce coding best practices through reviews

Drive process improvements and promote best practices across development phases

Understand complex system concerns (performance, data integrity, security, capacity)

Create technical designs, break down tasks, and evaluate workload

Participate in all Scrum ceremonies

Review code and technical designs of other developers
