Roles and Responsibilities:
•Participate in planning, reporting and closing activities.
•Own P&L activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls, product fulfillment and COGS calculation, functional costs analysis, variable cost productivity, CAPEX follow up.
•Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
•Contributes to project as a team member.
•Understand site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance priorities.

On daily basis your task will include the followings:
•ERP cost allocation between cost centers and projects.
•COGS calculation.
•Cost center data collection and sorting as prework to support analysis.
•Support physical inventory activities.
•Project database (hours, material cost) filling.
•Support project analysis by data exports and sorting.
•Inventory report generation, support inventory council with input data.
•Direct labor analysis preparation.
•Manufacturing charged hours weekly tracking.
•Project labor productivity review preparation.
•Support reporting and closing activities with administrative work.
•ERP system maintenance.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in Finance or related field (fresh graduates with good mindset and internship experience are welcome)
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups, pivot tables and formulas.

ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP).

• Communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with the ability to organize and analyze datasets.
• Can connect the dots to resolve issues.
• Be able to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Understand accounting concept and be able to translate financial information to users, in addition to ERPs system exposure.
• Be flexible, open minded and ready to learn as the needs may change attributed by internal or external factors.
